Rest and relaxation

This week I've felt tired. I seem to have gained a cough from my wife, and am not shaking it off. Things appear to be getting busier. I think that's the norm for pople who work in churches, and while I'm loving my job, I'm still physically tired.

So, here's my question for fellow children's and youth worker ... what do you do to rest? How do you keep things in balance? I have certainly improved since I started taking my day off on a Tuesday instead of a Saturday, but I am always keen to think of ways in which I can improve the balance.
