Rules or guidelines for clubs

Our mid-week groups have in the last couple of months seen a real change, with lots of young people coming into them from one of the local estates. It has been a great time, with lots of challenges, but lots of fun and joy.
One of the things that we are thinking about are what are some of the guidelines/rules we get them to sign upto as they arrive, e.g. respect leaders and one another, if you leave the premises we can't be responsible for you etc. What do you do for your youth groups. Please, please do comment as we have really been struggling to know what to put, without making it sound too negative or over the top.

We came up with a set of simple rules which all came under the heading of RESPECT! After three weeks, we gave the young people a chance to review and change them. They liked them and told us to enforce them more strictly! I don't seem to have a copy of them anywhere, but if I remember they were - listen to each other and leaders, do as you are asked by a leader, violence and agressive behaviour is not acceptable. Something like that anyway! As for who is responsible for them when, I regularly remind the parents of this in letters and when I see them if there's an issue.
