Leadership

Nigel has posted a great set of notes from a seminar by James Lawrence & Rob White on team work. It is always great to scan read this kind of thing, much of it is well known although I was interested by this:

People tend to prefer one of these three roles, ie, we focus on "team", or the "task", or "individuals". The leaders must make sure all three of these things happen.

The seminar then went on to explain what the needs of the individual, the needs of the team, and the needs of the task were. Definitely worth checking out. Thanks Nigel for taking the time to put these up on the blog.
