Young peoples feedback

Junction 28, the town-wide group of youth workers are in the process of evaluating our work, and in particular our monthly youth service. We are running an evening in a few weeks time to try and get some feedback and thoughts from young people as to how we can support them in their faith and to best use their gifts and talents. Has anyone ever done anything similar and got any tips or resources to share?
