Young peoples involvement

I moved into a new office a few months ago. One of the things that had been a slight downer had been these massive cupboard were this plain dark grey, which meant, even with the extra big windows letting in lots of light, if it was cloudy the whole room would feel very grey. We suggested to some of the young people on a Sunday morning that they get involved in decorating them. Over the last couple of months they have been painting them, and then decorating them with the names of the different groups and some of the stuff that is in the cupboards. It is just about finished and has been a great way for them to take ownership of the office. As we often meet in it on a Sunday morning it is great that they feel it is a home for them. When I get a chance I will try and post a picture of it.
